Architect Zaldy is a registered and licensed Filipino architect based in Northern Luzon experienced in both private and government sectors of the building industry, practicing design and build services for clients with their residential, institutional, and commercial projects.
He is also a faculty member of the Architecture Department at Pangasinan State University in Urdaneta City Campus, aimed at producing more architects like him, designing and building an ethical and inclusive built environment, doing research for the advancement of the architecture profession, and serving the general public through voluntary services. He is currently finishing his Masteral thesis in Architecture specializing in Urban Planning and Design at the University of the Cordilleras (previously BCF) in Baguio City.
Architect Zaldy believes that practicing and teaching architecture is ideal for professional development and are both critical to advancing the profession's overarching goal, to be a proactive partner in nation-building that designs and builds for sustainable development.
He is a bachelor's graduate of Saint Louis University in Baguio City and has over ten years of active practice in architecture, designing, and building from small residential buildings to large government buildings.
